Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn about Artisan Construction, Inc. At our core, we are a relationship-driven company. We know that our customers have high expectations of us and we strive never to take our customers for granted. Over the years, we have enjoyed an outstanding amount of repeat business from our clients as we endeavor to make them customers for life.
I sometimes ask myself, "What makes us different from any other construction company?" In any business proposal or advertisement for a construction company, one often hears the normal catch phrases such as "quality construction," "great customer service," "great workmanship," "on-time delivery," and a host of other positive attributes. I would not expect less from any viable construction company if they expect to last in this business.
So, what is it that makes us uniquely different? I believe that our business process and our passion sets us apart. Our process involves several key steps:
- We carefully listen to our customers' needs and wants.
- We provide an "open-process budget" to help them understand the realities of cost.
- We provide counsel on "how to get-it-done" on budget and on-time.
- We apply creative thought with the customer to identify potential obstacles and solutions.
We underpin our process with our passion for getting it right the first time. For example, several years ago, we built a small 28 unit apartment project for one of our long term customers. This project was originally slated to begin in December and be completed the following August for a nine month schedule. Owing to several reasons, the owner was unable to allow us to start until mid-April, but he really needed the project completed by the end of August to meet his own contractual obligations to his tenants. Collectively with the owner and our subs, we re-worked the schedule to accomplish his August completion with minimal impact on the budget.
In another case, we had a commercial client that needed an occupied office building extensively remodeled while retaining use of the building for their operations. The owner presented us with a 12 month schedule that involved five phases to accommodate ongoing operations within the facility. The owner asked our firm to review the project and determine if we had any ideas on how the project could be accelerated to meet their needs. Upon review, we helped them devise a plan to change the project to three phases and we were successful at giving them the completed project six months earlier.
By these examples, I do not mean to imply that we are miracle workers.far from it. But, I would point out that it takes a passionate and committed team of professionals to think critically through the construction process to help a client meet all of their project goals.on time, on budget, and with very high quality. I believe that this genuine commitment is what sets Artisan Construction, Inc. apart.
We deeply appreciate the fact that you may consider our firm for your commercial or residential project. I would encourage you to seriously spend some time looking at our references section. Should you choose to work with us, we will endeavor to bring our high level of passion and rigorous process to your project also.
Sincerely,
